NASA/George C. Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) has a requirement to extend the contract period of performance for 6 months from October 1, 2025 through March 31, 2026. NASA/MSFC intends to issue a sole source contact modification to acquire the services from Element 84, Inc. under the existing contract 80MSFC23CA017 using other than full and open competition as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort electronically via email to Brent Evans at brent.l.evans@nasa.gov not later than 2:00pm Central Daylight Time on August 1, 2025.
