Case Complete 5 Pack License The Reporting functionality allows Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Office (SAPRO) requires Case Complete Software Licenses. The contractor shall provide a Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FEDRAMP) approved web-based and mobile app communication and collaboration platform with access for SAPRO designated representatives to update content. The contractor shall provide maintenance support coverage for 36 months from the contract award. (Base Year, plus two (2) Option Years. All quotes are due at 10:00 AM EST on the 6th March 2026.
