The Department of the Air Force (DAF) is conducting market research to identify capable sources, including small businesses, 8(a) participants, HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, and EDWOSB firms, that can provide the services described in the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). This is the third issuance of this RFI; this RFI has been revised to address feedback. The SAF/FM Workforce Management and Executive Services Directorate (SAF/FME) requires comprehensive program management, workforce development, education/training, event support, FM Hub management, and data analytics capabilities to support approximately 13,000 personnel across the DAF FM enterprise.
