SFG will be integrated with the National Industrial Security System Increment Two (NI2) and must be accessible to stakeholders within the DCSA and other Government agencies. The Government shall not exercise direct supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. Objectives: Move SFG capabilities from the non-classified internet protocol router network (NIPR) to the secret internet protocol router network (SIPR), Test SIPR servers and the user interface/user experience (UI/UX) for compatibility, Test different map compatibility, Identify CI data sources for ingesting into SFG, Introduce CI data into risk model. Services include technical support, SAFEGUARD enhancements, and collaboration and knowledge transfer as outlined below. The Contractor shall accomplish the following: Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for the SFG, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user assistance.
