At a minimum, capability statements shall include business information such as POC name, phone, email, SAM UEI, and applicable small business socio-economic categories; additionally, it should list what products/services can be provided and how they meet the characteristics specified above. Finally, the capability statement itself should be no more than 5 pages in length. The Government will consider responses received by the response date and time of this notice; however, a determination to compete the proposed acquisition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
