The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the item availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 20, is conducting market research to identify potential sources which can provide the following services: Title: Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center (Spokane, WA) Snow Removal Services Background: There is no incumbent, prior contractor. Tasks: The contractor shall provide snow removal services, including but not limited to plowing, brooming/brushing, and ice management, to cover all streets and parking lots within the MGVAMC when snowfall events produce one inch or more. De-icing will be performed following the completion of snow removal, provided that snowfall has ceased. This requirement is for approx. 370,573 sq feet. NAICS Anticipated: 561790, Other Services to Buildings and Dwellings Type of Contract Anticipated: Firm-Fixed-Price Anticipated Deliver By: 12/15/2025-10/31/2026, Plus 4 Option Years (11/1/2026-10/31/2030) Depending on the results of market research and socioeconomic set-aside decision, the appropriate limitation to subcontracting may be incorporated into resulting solicitation/contract.
