36C26225Q1331-S208 Landscape and Lawncare Services The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to questions asked by the contractors. Offer Date has been updated to 9/10/2025 by 11:00 am MDT. 1. Question: Do you happen to know how many trash cans are on site that need to be emptied? Answer: There are approximately 80 trash cans. 2. Question: Is there availability for a site visit? Answer: No site visit will be available. 3. Question: Is there an incumbent, if so, can you provide the contract number. Answer: Contract 36C26220C0159. 4. Question: Is there an incumbent contractor currently performing these services? Answer: IAW Construction Inc. 5. Will an on-site yard with a trash container be available? Answer: No, a trash container will not be available. 6. Will trash containers be provided by the Government? Answer: No trash containers will not be provided by the Government. 7. If I do not possess the required certification, would it be permissible if my employee or subcontractor possess it? Answer: Tree trimming is primarily done on Saturdays.
