Fully comply with all appropriate laws and regulations i.e. OSHA, Title 29 code of Federal regulations (CFR) 1910.20, Access to employee exposure and medical records; 29 CFR 1910.132, Personal Protective Equipment; 29 CFR 1910.134, Respiratory Protection; 29CFR 1910.1200, Hazard Communication and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), involving pesticide use and other pest control procedures.
