The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 8-San Juan, Puerto Rico is currently conducting a market survey for potential small business qualified firms capable of providing the necessary labor, materials, supervision, protective clothing, inspections, and equipment necessary to perform Unarmed Security Guards Services for the nine (9) facilities that comprise the VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS), from which eight (8) are located throughout Puerto Rico and one (1) of them in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. Responses to this notice shall include company/individual name, a service capability statement, examples of similar facilities which you have provided services to, System for Award Management (SAM) Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number, address, point of contact. Contractors should provide their size status for the above references NAICS code. (i.e. small, large) and whether they are certified SDVOSB, VOSB, Hub zone, 8(a), women-owned concern. A solicitation is not currently available. If a solicitation is issued, it will be announced on the SAM.gov website: https://sam.gov/ at a later date, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement.
