Purpose and Objectives The Indianapolis Veteran Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) requires a qualified contractor to collect and dispose of recycled aluminum, glass, plastic and cardboard. As part of this service, Contractor shall also provide and maintain all equipment, containers and compactors. The Government intends to award a contract for these services with a base year and four (4) one-year option periods, to be exercised at the Government s discretion. This Sources Sought Notice is being issued by the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10, located in Ann Arbor MI, as market research for planning purposes. A draft copy of the Statement of Work (SOW) is attached - this is the only information available at this time. The applicable NAICS code is 562111 Solid Waste Collection, which has a size standard of $47 Million. The applicable Product Service Code (PSC) is S205 Trash Collection.
