Resumes of the primary Janitor to begin work upon contract award and the backup Janitor local to Homer AK. Resumes must be provided. B. Acknowledgement that the Service Contract Act Wage rate of $18.75/hr for "Janitor" will be paid, plus Health and Welfare of either $5.55/hr or $5.09/hr if Executive Order 13706 applies (EO 13706 is if you provide covered employees with up to seven days of paid sick leave annually). C. Provide the total number of weekly hours used to estimate costs for the base items as a lump sum and the option items as a lump sum.
