The United States Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Northwest Regional Office (NWRO), intends to enter into a sole source firm-fixed price contract with Waste Connections of Washington, Inc., a Non-Indian owned large business, for trash removal services at the Office of Justice Services - District VIII Fort Vancouver building in Vancouver, Washington. Under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) Soliciting from a Single Source. Waste Connections of Washington, Inc. is the only company that offers solid waste collection, transfer and recycling services for residents and businesses of Clark County, Washington. They serve the cities of Battle Ground, Camas, La Center, Ridgefield, Vancouver, Washougal, and Yacolt, as well as unincorporated and rural areas of Clark County. No solicitation is available, and no technical questions will be answered for this requirement.
