BLM-CO KFO Garbage Services This Amendment is to take the solicitation out of a 'Hold' status, and reopen it for quotes, extending the quote due date to 07/07/2025 @1700 MD time zone, as well as to add 'B12 Vendor Q&A' to the attachments. No other changes have been made at this time and all terms and conditions remain the same. BLM-CO KFO Garbage Services The BLM-CO Kremmling Field Office requires bi-weekly garbage collection services for three recreational areas. Services will run April 1st - November 1st annually. Please see A04 Statement of Work for more details. Basic Contracting Requirements: 1. Active Registration: www.sam.gov/SAM 2. Invoicing and Payment: www.ipp.gov - 30 day prompt pay after delivery. We can accept and pay interim invoices. 3. FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services 4. FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures 5. Small Business Set-Aside for NAICS 562111 Solid Waste Collection $47. 6. Award of this contract will be on a Price and Other Factors basis. An award will be made to the Contractor whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and represents the best value to the Government based upon Price and Other Factors. Low price will be the deciding factor among similarly graded, technically acceptable offers. No award will be made above the available budget or at a price that can't be determined to be fair and reasonable. Vendors are required to submit the following information or will be rated non-responsive. 1. Technical approach to performing the work a. Provide technical narrative of execution plan in the bid package b. Identify planned equipment and 2. Past Government Experience a. Describe past experience with government agencies and/or comparable services on public lands; provide references. Include any past experience with the BLM Colorado 3. Past Project Experience a. List 3 comparable projects you have performed in the past 3 years. Indicate location, scope of work and dollar amount of each project. Indicate key employee's role on these projects b. Provide a reference or contact name and phone number for each project listed above, references shall be reviewed and rated to assess technical expertise 4.
