Construction of one (1) 45ft by 90ft, and six (6) 30ft by 90ft, RV shade structures at Goodfellow AFB, Texas RV Storage in accordance with (IAW) the Statement of Work (SOW). - IAW DAFMAN 64-119, NAF Contracting Procedures, Small Business programs do not apply to NAF Contracting actions. This acquisition will be full and open competition. - The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238120 - Structural Steel and Precast Concrete Contractors. - The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. - Verbal explanations given before award WILL NOT BE BINDING. Any authorized changes will be made in writing by issuing amendment(s). Vendor(s) shall acknowledge receipt of amendment(s) in block 19 of SF1442 or by returning a signed copy of the amendment(s) with their quote. - This is a non-appropriated fund (NAF) purchase, and it does not obligate appropriated funds of the Unites States Government. Non-appropriated funds are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services and the collection of fees and charges for participation in military community programs.
