This solicitation is for CCTV Supplies at the US Embassy in Santiago, Chile. The anticipated performance period is for a one time purchase. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. The Request for Quotations (RFQ) includes the following sections: Statement of Work Instructions to Offerors FAR & DOSAR Clauses and Certifications The Embassy intends to award a purchase order to the company that submits an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. You are encouraged to make your quotation competitive. Please note that collusion with other potential offerors regarding price quotations is strictly prohibited. This RFQ does not obligate the U.S. Embassy to make an award, and the Embassy reserves the right to cancel this RFQ or any part of it at any time. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting their offer, as required under FAR 4.1102. Failure to be registered at the time of proposal submission may result in the offeror being deemed non-responsible, and no further consideration will be given.
