THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT FOR REQUEST FOR QUOTE. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item being procured in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information as included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The National Park Service intends to solicit quotes for supplies for Furniture Order in Rocky Mountain National Park in Colorado. This is solicitation number 140P6426Q0018 and is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This requirement is a 100% total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 337121. The small business size standard is 1000 employees. Anticipated Award Date: Within 5 days of receiving offers. To be considered for award your company must obtain a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI). Your company must also be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and be considered a small business for the size standard associated with the NAICS code found in block 10 on page one (1) of this solicitation, and this registration must be active in SAM at the time of quote/proposal close date/time - as well as, at the time of award and throughout the entire award/contract performance. GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF STATEMENT OF WORK: Independently, and not as an agent of the Government, the Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to provide Furniture Order in Rocky Mountain National Park in Colorado. Questions regarding this solicitation will only be accepted until 12:00 PM ET, February 24, 2026. OFFERS SHALL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: Please see pages #8-9 of this solicitation. GENERAL INFORMATION This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ) Award of this contract will be made according to FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All references to proposal in this solicitation shall be understood to mean quotation. Quotations shall be evaluated in an impartial manner and consideration given to those with the highest perceived value to the government. Contract Type The contract awarded as a result of this solicitation will be a firm-fixed price commercial contract/award.

This announcement is to amend the solicitation to provide vendor questions and answers and post the revised SOW to all interest parties for Furniture Order for Rocky Mountain National Park located in Colorado. The solicitation and any amendments can be found and retrieved on SAM.gov. All amendments must also be read, signed and returned as instructed in the SF30 Amendment form on SAM.gov - one copy provided in offers submittal package.
