The Naval Supply (NAVSUP) Systems Command, Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ), FL intends to issue a sole source contract utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the procurement of a Roman Catholic Priest for Naval Air Station (NAS) Jacksonville, FL., to Reverend Mark W. Lewis. This is not a request for competitive quotes, however all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements should contact Mrs. Peiney Allerton at the email below. This notice does not constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or an invitation to bid. Period of Performance: Base Period: 15 January 2026 through 14 January 2027 Option Period 1: 15 January 2027 through 14 January 2028 Option Period 2: 15 January 2028 through 14 January 2029 Option Period 3: 15 January 2029 through 14 January 2030 Option Period 4: 15 January 2030 through 14 January 2031 Interested parties may identify their interest and submit AMS endorsement information in response to this notice by 19 November 2025, 10:00 a.m. EST, via email to peiney.t.allerton.civ@us.navy.mil. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is entirely at the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement and will be at the sole discretion of the Contracting Officer. If no written responses are received by 19 November 2025, 10:00 a.m. EST, the contract will be solicited without further notice. It is anticipated that any resulting solicitation will be for a sole-source, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract with a Product Service Code (PSC) G002 and a NAICS of 813110 with a size standard of $13M. This notice of intent is for informational purposes only. All sources eligible to provide this requirement must respond in writing. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly articulate the ability to provide this requirement as outlined above. A request for documentation will not be considered as an affirmative response. If no response are received after publication of this notice, to the effect that comparable services are available, and that it is more advantageous to the Government that obtaining this service through a sole-source contract, then a sole-source acquisition will be made.
