All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893625Q5099 and shall be submitted by email to Beth.a.exzabe.civ@us.navy.mil All responsible sources must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the following website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/.
