The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Road Gate Painting, Road Gate Installation, Removal and Replacement of Guardrails, Buffumville Lake, Charlton, MA QUESTIONS REGARDING THE PROCUREMENT WILL NOT BE ANSWERED DURING THE PRESOLICITATION PHASE. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000.
