The contractor shall reconnect existing Alarm/control cable hardness on each battery cell and reinstall Ni-Cad Neutra Mat as defined in this PWS. Contractor shall dispose of old battery IAW Colorado and EPA guidelines. Please respond with capability statement specifying the lead and delivery time as well as installation time. See attached PWS.
