This Procurement will be conducted under PSC CODE: Y1KF, NAICS Code: 237990. The size standard for this code is $37,000,000. JOB DESCRIPTION: The work includes maintenance dredging of the Richmond Inner Harbor to -37-ft (MLLW) plus 1 foot of paid overdepth and transporting of the dredged material per the requirements in specification. Material to be dredged from Reaches 1 through 10 is suitable and shall be taken for placement at a Contractor-furnished upland beneficial reuse site. Material to be dredged from Reaches 11 through 14 is suitable and shall be taken for placement at the Government-furnished site SF-DODS or at a Contractor's furnished upland beneficial reuse site. Contractor shall refer to the DMMO Suitability Determination attached at the end of the specifications package. Sample areas 1 through 4 correspond to Reaches 1 through 10 while sample areas 5 and 6 corresponds to Reaches 11 through 14. All dredging material transportation and material placement shall be in accordance with the project plans, specifications, permits, regulatory guidance and applicable contract clauses.
