The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation and supervision performing all required work in accordance with the plans and specifications for this requirement. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is between $100,000 and $250,000. USDA will issue a Firm Fixed Price Construction purchase order. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2025-04 dated 06/11/2025. Completion timeframe for the resulting purchase order is 60 days after notice to proceed. Potential quoters are responsible for monitoring this site for any amendments.
