09/08/2025 RFQ Update: This notice serves to formally cancel the Request for Quote (RFQ) identified above. FEMAMERSTires2025 for FEMA Denton Mobile Emergency Response Support Fleet Tires is hereby cancelled in its entirety. The decision to cancel this solicitation is due to a change in the Government s requirements and re-evaluation of the project specifications. The Government reassessed its specifications included in the solicitation, determined that certain specifications were incorrect and additional information critical to the requirement, which could materially affect pricing, was omitted from the Statement of Work (SOW). In the judgment of the contracting officer, an amendment to the existing solicitation is so substantial as to exceed what prospective offerors reasonably could have anticipated, so these errors and omissions necessitate revisions to the solicitation to ensure that all offerors have a clear and accurate understanding of the requirement and can provide competitive and compliant offers. The Government: Will re-solicit this requirement by 09 September 2025 under a new solicitation number. Interested parties are advised to monitor SAM.gov for any future announcements.
