REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Prospector - Rare Earth Minerals and Battery Industrial Sectors The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) as the agency has a need to procure a subscription for worldwide access to an existing platform with data and analysis on critical rare earth minerals and battery industrial sectors to enable NGA to gain a more detailed, global view of trade. This will allow NGA to monitor key developments in precious mineral markets, and the precious mineral global supply chains. This RFP is for the subject contract to be awarded in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 13 procedures, and the specific information outlined within this RFP and its attachments. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract that comprises of a 1-year base period (Base Year) and 4, 1-year option periods (OY1 OY4). Please see Attachment-1SOW Prospector for specifics. This RFP is not authorization to begin performance and in no way obligates the Government for any costs incurred by the contractor associated with developing a proposal. The Government reserves the right not to award a contract in response to this RFP. Prior to commencement of any activities associated with performance of this requirement, the Government will issue a written directive or Contract Award signed by the CO with appropriate consideration established. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, with no obligation to the contractor by the Government. Questions regarding this RFQ shall be submitted in writing via email to the Contract Specialist (CS) and Contracting Officer (CO) at the email addresses listed within the "Contact Information" section of this RFP.
