Multi-platform sustainment engineering services will be provided to Boeing Company, Inc. under a sole-source award, delivering OEM engineering assistance and solutions for issues affecting structures, avionics, accessories, ground support, and commodity items where the Government’s existing data package—even with GPR, FFF, or OMIT data—is not sufficient to perform OSS&E analyses.

Work requires access to Boeing’s proprietary internal data systems, detailed design data, or specialized analytical tools not available to the Government. The items in scope are used on B-1, B-52, C-17, E-3, F-15, KC-135, KC-46, AGM-86, and other weapon systems. The contractor must have, or be able to obtain, the rights to access Boeing's internal data systems to retrieve weapon-system design data.

This contract addresses tasks that require access to the OEM's proprietary internal data systems, detailed design data, or specialized analytical tools not delivered to the Government. These commodity items are used on B-1, B-52, C-17, E-3, F-15, KC-135, KC-46, AGM-86 and other weapon systems. The Contractor must have access or can obtain access, and the rights to access, B-1, B-52, C-17, E-3, F-15, KC-135, KC-46 and AGM-86 OEM internal data systems to retrieve weapon system design data.
