The DOE CSC-OR Security and Emergency Management Team is responsible for security and fire alarm systems throughout the Federal Building complex and other DOE-managed locations in the Oak Ridge valley. These systems include, but are not limited to, security alarms, access control systems, closed-circuit television (CCTV), and fire alarm systems. DOE requires contractor support to ensure the operational integrity, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement of these systems, with an emphasis on rapid response, lifecycle planning, and DOE Order compliance. Description of Requirements The prospective contractor shall provide skilled personnel with extensive commercial and technical knowledge of security and fire alarm systems, including keyless access and CCTV.
