BACKGROUND The United States Marshals Service (USMS) has a responsibility to Relocate, Store, Maintain, and Dispose of seized and/or forfeited Vehicles throughout the United States. This requirement is specifically for all of the districts within the states of Florida, Virgin Islands, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) The USMS is posting this announcement as an RFI only, for a potential solicitation to be posted at the end of FY26 Q2 on the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) website at https://sam.gov. This RFI is issued for the purpose of identifying the availability of potential qualified sources that will be able to meet the requirement. The solicitation will be for the Towing, Storage, Maintenance, and Disposal of Seized Vehicles. The vehicle services contract will be for a base year and four (4) one-year options. The requirement is for six (6) contractor furnished storage facilities. One located within 60 road miles of each of the following addresses: Middle District of Florida, 801 N Florida Avenue, Tampa, FL 33602 Southern District of Florida, 400 N Miami Avenue, Miami, FL 33128 Northern District of Georgia, 75 Ted Turner Drive SW, Atlanta, GA 30303 Eastern District of North Carolina, 310 New Bern Avenue, Raleigh, NC 27601 Western District of North Carolina, 401 W Trade Street, Charlotte, NC 28202 District of Virgin Islands, 5500 Veterans Drive, St. Thomas, VI 00802 Please see the accompanying SOW for a comprehensive understanding of the USMS Vehicle Service requirements.
