Vendor capability is being sought to provide Complete Intraoperative Neuromonitoring (IONM) services for VA facilities. This Sources Sought (RFI) invites all interested parties to respond by email to the designated VA contact by the stated deadline, with a response limited to seven pages that must include: company name, SAM UEI, address, primary point of contact (name, title, phone, email); a brief description of the company background and capability to meet the requirement (e.g., nurse resumes, accreditations, equipment used); past or current performance under civilian or government contracts; the company’s business size and socioeconomic status (including VetCert, if applicable); whether the company would be interested in a future solicitation; and whether the company has an Integrated Critical Staffing Program (ICSP) or a GSA contract. This is a market-sensing step to assess industry capability and interest for a potential VA procurement of complete IONM services; no award decision is made at this stage.
