The Cincinnati VAMC has a requirement for the servicing of hemodialysis equipment in the renal clinic. The requirement is for the service and maintenance of a Mar Cor CWP and four Mar Cor portable RO machines. Services to be provided by contractor under this contract shall include furnishing preventive maintenance, parts, labor, intervening service calls/emergency repairs, lodging, technical telephone assistance, expert supervision and all other allied costs required to maintain and repair a Mar Cor CWP and four mobile RO machines. Services must be provided by OEM certified technicians and must use certified OEM parts. Service shall be performed per the OEM s manual and instructions to maintain the equipment s FDA 510K certification. Since OEM part numbers are routinely updated the part numbers listed within this statement of work may not be accurate and should not be used for developing pricing.
