The GSA is soliciting construction services to renovate an existing kitchenette on the 5th Floor at 500 Pearl Street, New York, NY 10007 Room# 549C. Kitchenette is to be installed per design intent drawing and in accordance with the Statement of Work. In accordance with FAR Part 12.201-1(c)(2) GSA will only be soliciting to the following Small Businesses: J. Mitacek Contracting Corporation Allservice Corp, Marco America Corp

Kitchenette is to be installed per design intent drawing and in accordance with the Statement of Work. The site visit for this project will be held on December 4, 2025 @ 2pm. The purpose of this amendment is to provide a date for RFI submission. All RFIs are due by December 12, 2025 by 3:00pm. All other terms and conditions remain the same. The proposal due date remains the same; December 19, 2025 @ 4pm. Amendment SF30 also newly attached.
