Dear Prospective Offeror: Enclosed is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for RES - CMR - UTILITY WATER TANK SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section J of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form that follows this letter. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. Quotations are due by July 16, 2025, at 16h30 p.m. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Quotations must be in English and incomplete quotations will not be accepted. Submitted quotations, including price, must be valid for no less than four months from the Government receipt of quotation. A site visit and pre-quotation conference will held on July 9, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. All interested contractors must contact procurement department at kayadse@state.gov and DjiboutiProcBids@state.gov with the names of their attendees no later than July 07, 2025, 10:00 p.m. Your quotation must be submitted electronically to DjiboutiProcBids@state.gov .
