Offerors must read this RFQ including the clauses in its entirety before submitting an offer. 1. Introduction: The purpose of this Statement of Work (SOW) is to outline the requirements and specifications for the procurement of a luxury 7-PAX SUV for official use. The vehicle will be used to transport personnel and official visitors, ensuring comfort, safety, and reliability. 2. Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide one (1) 7-PAX SUV that meets or exceeds the specifications outlined in this document. The vehicle must be new, Gasoline powered and equipped withthe features and capabilities as specified below. 3. Specifications: 4-Door Luxury Sports Utility Vehicle which will be used for operations and high-level visits in the Benelux region. All-wheel drive, Engine size; 2.0 liters or greater. Warranty and Maintenance The contractor shall provide a comprehensive warranty for the vehicle, covering all parts and labor for a minimum of 3 years.
