(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12.202(b) (FAR Class Deviation 25-21). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number: Request for Proposal (RFP) No. 70CMSD26R00000009. The intent of this solicitation is to establish a single award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for firm-fixed priced Cellebrite Products, as well as a subsequent Delivery Order under this IDIQ. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. Solicitation Documents This announcement contains Sam.gov “controlled” RFP/Solicitation documents. As such, Offerors interested in submitting an offer for this solicitation shall request a copy of the RFP/Solicitation documents through this Sam.gov notice. When requesting the RFP/Solicitation documents, Offerors shall ensure all requests include the Offeror’s name, point of contact, and Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number.
