The space shall primarily be used for storage and maintenance of vehicles and vehicle equipment; and Space offered must be located within the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) Freeport area and be located within 16 kilometers (10 miles) of the Naval Supply Depot (NSD) Compound Entrance Gate located at Argonaut Hwy, Subic Bay Freeport Zone, Olongapo, Zambales, Philippines as described in Attachment B, Area of Consideration; and The Navy prefers for offered space to be ready for beneficial occupancy no later than 30 September 2026.
