This is a Request for Information (RFI) only. NOTE: All RFI input is voluntary, and no compensation will be made for your firm s participation. Since this is an RFI, and not a solicitation or RFP for receipt of proposals or quotations, absolutely no telephone calls will be accepted concerning this notice. The Government is not obligated to issue a solicitation or award a contract as a result of this notice. All questions relating to this RFI shall be submitted in writing only via email to Army Contracting Command point of contact (POC) Christine Marr, christine.m.marr.civ@army.mil.
