The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is issuing this request for information (RFI) for market research purposes to identify Human Resources Information Technology (HRIT) strategies, implementation approaches, and capabilities for a modernization of our HRIT application portfolio and to meet emerging mission needs. Issuance of this RFI also serves to identify parties with an interest in informing the USCG s future capabilities, the resources required to deliver those capabilities, and industry best practices and offerings. Interested parties are invited to submit a capability statement and respond to the Government s questions (Questions 10 25) outlined in the attached RFI. Responses should not include proprietary, classified, confidential, or sensitive information. The Government reserves the right to use any information provided for purposes it deems necessary and legally appropriate, including incorporating technical information into any resultant solicitation.
