Summary

AI-generated · Aug 24, 2025

Identify sources that have repair data, expertise, and capabilities to qualify for repairing the F-15 Advanced Display Core Processor (ADCP). The ADCP, which processes target data and manages flight crew displays and on-board weapon capability, must be manufactured to Honeywell drawings PS68-870192 Rev B and 2118952 Rev C (and EO 2118952). Because the government does not own the necessary data or rights, and it is uneconomical to acquire or reverse‑engineer, a commercial item will not satisfy the requirements; repairs would come from the original manufacturer, with the government not provisioning a full repair data package or required test equipment.

Respondents would be expected to furnish all materials, support equipment, tools, test equipment, and services, and to provide, maintain, and calibrate all test equipment needed for repair. Replacement parts must meet or exceed the quality of the originals. The known source is Honeywell International. This is market research to identify sources with the manufacturing data and capabilities to meet qualifications and production of the Parts Kit, Electronic. Responses are for information only and not a bid or proposal; no reimbursement will be provided, and participation in the survey does not guarantee future solicitations. The attached RFI contains the full details.
