DLA Troop Support s ( Agency ) Subsistence Produce and Market Fresh Program is interested in comments and feedback regarding the Agency s Coca-Cola Cans and Bottles items to the Department of Defense ( DoD Troop). There is no solicitation available at this time. The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this RFI, nor will the Government compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing the information provided to the Government. This RFI does not constitute a commitment from the Government and any information provided in response to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only and will not be released. Any proprietary information submitted will be protected if appropriately marked. Please note that by responding to the instant Agency request, a potential offeror is not promised any future business with the Government. The sole purpose of this RFI is to conduct market research to assist the Agency in crafting appropriate solicitation in the future. Background: The Agency intends to issue a solicitation and ultimately enter into indefinite quantity contract(s) ( IQC ) with a commercial firm(s) to supply canned and bottled Coca Cola products to military customers located in the State of Wyoming. Acceptance of supplies awarded under this solicitation will be limited to fresh product. All products delivered under this contract must conform to the following freshness requirements: Commercial standards should be used to maintain temperatures appropriate for the items. When proposing in response to a solicitation, failure to propose the specified quality requirement per item as identified above may render an offeror s proposal technically unacceptable. This will consist of DoD Troop customers in the State of Wyoming. After soliciting, the Agency intends to make one award. Offerors are required to propose on all items in the Schedule of Items for Group 1. Failure to do so may result in a proposal being deemed technically unacceptable and therefore excluded from further consideration for award. Because the Contracting Officer is not obligated to initiate negotiations, when proposing to the solicitation each offeror shall submit its most competitive proposal for Group 1. Solicitation SPE300-26-R-X002 is designed to place Canned and Bottled Soda Products, all fully competitive, contract for various Department of Defense ( DoD ) customers in the state of Wyoming. The resultant contract will be issued as a firm-fixed price, Simplified Indefinite Delivery Contract (SIDC) with two 30 months pricing tiers for all items for the entire term of the contract. The contract period of performance will be from May 03, 2026, to May 03, 2031. The solicitation contains one group: Group 1 Wyoming Troops All responsible sources may submit proposals that will be considered by DLA Troop Support. Copies of the solicitation will be found on the DLA BSM internet Bid Board Systems (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. This is a Solicitation notice regarding a Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support Subsistence Coca-Cola Cans and Bottles contract intended for servicing customers located in the State of Wyoming. Offers are due No Later Than 8PM Eastern Standard Time, 6 February 2026. Background: The Agency intends to issue an award and ultimately enter into one (1) Simplified Indefinite-Delivery Contract ( SIDC ) with a commercial firm to supply Coca-Cola Cans and Bottles products to military customers in the state of Wyoming. 1. Customers are One Group: Group 1 (Wyoming Troops). 2. These include Coca-Cola Cans and Bottles Products. The freshness requirement of the product being delivered may not be compromised. 3.
