Background & Objective NAVSUP WSS Philadelphia seeks to modernize its predictive methodologies for modeling variables such as component failures, repairs, and replacements across a variety of Naval aviation platforms. The objective is to identify commercial solutions or methodologies that improve the confidence level between predicted and observed demand values and enhance analytics. 3. Scope of Requested Information Respondents are requested to provide information on the following: Predictive Methodology: Details on quantitative or qualitative models used to forecast demand for Aviation Depot Level Repairables (DLRs) and consumable items. Data Integration: Ability to interface with Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and incorporate variables such as flying hours, type/model/series of aircraft and historical demand.
