Request for Information: On-Site Financial and Retirement Planning Seminars for FERS Civilian Marine Employees M00264-25-RFI-032

This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the United States Marine Corps (USMC), Headquarters Marine Corps (HQMC), to identify qualified sources capable of delivering financial literacy and retirement planning training to Federal Employee Retirement System (FERS) civilian employees. This notice is issued for market research only and does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a Request for Proposal (RFP). Please review the draft PWS attached. Interested vendors are invited to submit the following information: 1. Brief capability statement (2 4 pages) summarizing relevant experience delivering federal retirement/benefits training. 2. State whether you can provide the requirement in accordance with the draft PWS attached. 3. Provide an estimated lead time for the requirement. 4. State your small business status, including any SBA-certified socioeconomic groups, under the NAICS code 611430. 5. If your business is a contract holder for a government contractual vehicle such as GSA, please state whether this requirement can be provided via GSA, and if so, provide your GSA contract number. 6. The anticipated NAICS code for this requirement is 611430 Professional and Management Development Training. The anticipated PSC for this requirement is U008- Education/Training- Training/Curriculum Development. If your business believes a different NAICS or PSC is more applicable to this requirement, please provide your NAICS/PSC suggestion and a brief explanation as to why the code(s) provided would better support this requirement. 7.
