REQUEST FOR INFORMATION FOR PIANO MAINTENANCE M0026425RFILA12

The United States Marine Corps is conducting market research to identify qualified vendors capable of providing professional piano maintenance services. This Request for Information (RFI) seeks to determine the availability of service providers with the expertise to perform maintenance and repair on Steinway pianos, in accordance with the requirements outlined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS)/Statement of Work (SOW). Interested parties should possess demonstrated experience in servicing high-end concert pianos, including tuning, regulation, voicing, and minor repairs. Vendors must be able to meet the standards necessary to support the operational readiness and performance quality required by the Marine Corps musical units. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. Responses to this notice will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition strategy. Please refer to the attached PWS/SOW for further details regarding the scope of services.
