Update, 2/17/26: The FAA will utilize a Challenge Based Acquisition (ChBA) to acquire the services described in this RFI. The FAA has issued a separate announcement on SAM for Phase 1 of this ChBA. The new title of this acquisition is the Accelerated Transformation of Legacy Applications and Systems (ATLAS). Interested companies should review the announcement and respond accordingly.
