Summary

AI-generated · Aug 24, 2025

Provide non-personal professional Enterprise Process Server and related Ad-Hoc Support Services nationwide (all 50 states and DC), primarily supporting the SEC’s Division of Enforcement with potential use by other SEC offices. This is an information-gathering Request for Information to identify capable vendors; if adequate sources are found, a formal RFP may follow. Respondents should share their company information, capabilities statement, unique entity identifier, size and socioeconomic status, and whether the work can be Firm-Fixed Price; responses are not binding contracts and there is no cost to respond.

The resulting contract tasking requires picking up documents from SEC offices or receiving them by email, fax, mail, or delivery, and then serving papers—subpoenas, summons, complaints, notices to appear, and other legal documents—by hand-delivery or other methods specified by SEC staff, to individuals or entities nationwide as instructed. This represents a shift from the RFI to an actual procurement with concrete nationwide service requirements.

The objective of this follow-on requirement is to obtain non-personal professional Enterprise Process Server and related Ad-Hoc Support Services to support the mission requirements of the SEC in all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. The primary users of these services are expected to be the Division of Enforcement, but other Divisions and Offices of the SEC are authorized to use the services. The SEC is comprised of the Home Office (Washington, DC) and 10 Regional Offices. This is a Request for Information Only. The Government does not presently intend to award a contract, but is interested in identifying potential vendors with the capability to fulfill this requirement. If you believe your company has the capabilities to fulfill the above requirement, please submit the following information: 1. Company name and mailing address; 2. Company Point of Contact, email, and phone number; 3. Capabilities Statement (no more than 2 pages); 4. Unique Entity Identifier number; 5. Size category and socioeconomic status; 6. If the work can be Firm-Fixed Price. The Government will not pay for any costs associated in response to this request for information. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government as a binding contract. Should the Government receive adequate sources, an RFP may be issued. Due date for response to this Request for Information is: no later than 11:00AM. (E.S.T.), July 3rd, 2025. Responses to this request for information should be emailed to Brittney Miller, millerbri@sec.gov and Julia Gallmon, gallmonj@sec.gov.
