Defense Logistic Agency (hereinafter Agency) on behalf of US Military organizations located at Incirlik Turkey has a requirement for disposal of electronic scrap through mutilation. Electronic equipment must be shredded or mutilated in an approved recycling process or at an approved disposal facility. Mutilation will be required and is a term used in the context of disposal and management of certain types of property.
