Title: Request for Information Airboat for Trinidad and Tobago NAICS Code: 336612 Boat Building PSC Code: 1940 Small Craft Purpose: The United States Coast Guard (USCG), acting on behalf of the Government of Trinidad and Tobago through Foreign Military Sales (FMS), is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing an airboat, trailer, spare parts, in-country reactivation services, and in-country training services. This Request for Information (RFI) is issued to determine the availability of qualified sources, including small businesses, to meet the requirements outlined in the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW). Disclaimer: This is not a solicitation or request for quotes, and no contract will be awarded from this notice. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in responding to this notice. Responses to this RFI are voluntary and will be used solely for market research purposes. Failure to respond or submit sufficiently detailed information may result in an interested vendor not being considered a likely offeror when making a decision on whether or how to set aside a solicitation for restricted competition. Regardless of the information submitted, the Government reserves the right to consider any arrangement as determined appropriate for this requirement. Request for Information: Interested vendors are to review the attached RFI Trinidad and Tobago Airboat Draft SOW, and complete both tabs of the attached RFI Trinidad and Tobago Airboat Q&A and ROM document. No additional supporting information is needed. Submission Instructions: No telephone requests will be accepted. Responses to this notice shall be submitted in writing. Next Steps: Based on the responses of this RFI, the USCG will review the capability of sources and the range of estimated pricing to determine if a sufficient budget to fund this requirement in the future exists. Should the USCG decide to proceed with a competitive acquisition strategy, a solicitation may be issued in the future on SAM.gov Contract Opportunities or distributed to contract holders if a strategically-sourced vehicle is deemed appropriate.
