However, for any proposed equivalent items, technical documentation must be submitted to demonstrate compliance with the specifications. Failure to provide sufficient supporting data may result in the quote being considered non-responsive. Quotes shall include the following: Unit and total pricing for all line items, Manufacturer name and part numbers, Product descriptions and technical data sheets, Estimated lead times, Any applicable freight or delivery charges.
