Replacement of Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) to Emergency Generator 31100PR250000048

Install and test of new Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) connected to building's emergency generator. The emergency generator is a Cummins Onan model OT225. The current ATS is Cummins Onan OT 225, rated at 225 Amps and 480 Volts. The replacement ATS shall be capable of monitoring both power sources, signals generator set startup, automatically transfer power, and returns the load to the primary power source once stable utility power is available. UPDATE: We are amending the solicitation IAW with the Scope of Work. We believe there may have been confusion among all vendors. “Install new (up to date) like in kind ATS capable of meeting or exceeding rated amperage and voltage of the installed emergency generator”. The ATS must meet the following requirements: 1. Made in America. 2. A modern version of the existing ATS that is compatible with the system. 3. Meets or exceeds all the specification of the current ATS. It does not have to be the same that is currently installed. Any prior offerors, if you would like to resubmit your proposal, please do so by the close of business on 1 July 2025.
