The work to be performed in association with this project includes the following scope: Replace Roofs throughout the Federal Correctional Institution (approximately 88,084 sq. ft.) and the Federal Prison Camp (approximately 23,315 sq. ft)." The responsible entity that will provide all necessary equipment, labor, materials, and incidentals unless stated otherwise in the Statement of Work for the removal of the current Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) flat roofing system and the installation of flat Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) roofing material throughout.
