The work to be performed in association with this project includes the following scope: “Replace Roofs Low” The successful contractor shall provide labor, equipment, parts, materials and supplies to replace the flat roofs across the complex. The Statement of Work attachment included with this pre-solicitation announcement will provide complete requirements for the project.
