PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Fort Bliss, Replace Roof at Building 649 W911SG-25-B-A020 The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) – Ft. Bliss, Texas intends to issue an Invitation for Bids (IFB) to award a single firm-fixed-price contract to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary for the roof removal/replacement at Building 649, located at Merritt Rd, within the Fort Bliss TX installation. The contract duration is 120 calendar days after issuance of notice to proceed. This project is set aside for HUBZone Owned Small Businesses.
